Lumiere Primary Booking Sequence 2.0

This is the backbone of the entire Lumiere system. The moment a contact books an appointment, this automation fires and immediately identifies whether they are a new or returning patient. New patients are routed through a welcome sequence with a $49 opportunity value assigned, while returning patients receive a tailored sequence reflecting their history with the spa, with opportunity values ranging from $120 to $175. The workflow handles appointment confirmations, pre-visit reminders, no-show recovery, visit count incrementing, and internal staff notifications —

all without any manual input from the business owner.

Lumiere Contact Form Sequence

Not every lead comes through the booking page. This automation handles all contact form submissions and branches into six separate paths based on the type of inquiry the contact submitted. Each branch sends a personalized HTML email written specifically for that inquiry type, so every lead gets a response that feels relevant and human rather than generic. After the initial personalized reply, all six branches converge into a shared follow-up sequence through Go To connectors, keeping the build clean and easy to maintain without duplicating steps across every branch.

Lumiere Cancellation Sequence

When an appointment is cancelled, most businesses do nothing and lose that booking permanently. This automation changes that. The moment an appointment status changes to cancelled, the contact is immediately removed from the primary booking sequence to prevent conflicting messages. A cancellation recovery email goes out acknowledging the cancellation and inviting them to rebook. Three days later, the system automatically checks whether the contact has rebooked. If they have, they are routed back into the active pipeline. If they have not, they are marked inactive and moved to the appropriate pipeline stage so the business always knows exactly where every contact stands.

Unsubscribe From Lumiere Email

A clean and compliant opt-out system is non-negotiable for any business running email sequences. This automation handles unsubscribe requests by enabling DND on the contact record, immediately halting all active sequences, and updating the pipeline stage to reflect their inactive status. It also ensures that if the same contact later submits a new inquiry through the contact form, DND is automatically disabled so they can re-enter the communication flow without any manual intervention from the team.
